Information on Online Bill Pay

There will be a service fee for any bill paid via the online bill pay portal. Please note that these fees are collected by the payment processor and not Sedgwick County Rural Water District #1. 

• Click the below "Pay Bill" button which will direct you to the login screen for NexBillPay
• Create a login using your email and meter #
• Fill in phone number, name, and service address *Note* You will not be able to do anything within your account until you've populated all the necessary lines
• If you would like to enroll in paperless/e-billing, toggle on "Paperless" at the top of the "Account Overview" screen *IMPORTANT NOTE* If you enroll in paperless/e-billing, you will NOT receive a postcard in the mail. You can enroll/unenroll at any time
